I take an Android telephone. Several months ago, I ordered a product from a company, and when the product shipped, they sent me a text. I read it so deleted it as usual, but then I received the same text message over again, and again, and over again. I contacted the company and asked them to terminate sending me the old message, but they said they merely sent it one time, and never again. Information technology's go apparent that my telephone is sending me that same bulletin over and over again, like a broken record, as if the bulletin somehow got stuck in the MMS organization. Every time I delete it, a while subsequently I receive it again. Is this a virus, that is causing this? Information technology's never happened with any other message, just this one. Can this be fixed somehow?

Well at that place are versions that are a virus/malware, but I can't say if the ane on your device is or isn't for sure. Information technology is possible the check is giving a false positive.

That said, with the problems you are having, it does audio similar it is a bug. Were it me, I would probably back up all personal stuff (photos, videos, music, contacts, etc.,) to a calculator, google account or cloud business relationship and and so "Hard Reset" the device. Just that is me. :)

I recently installed an anti-virus app on the phone, a "elevation rated" app named AVL. I did a scan of all the apps, and one of them, a congenital in app, was labeled as having a virus, the name of the app is com.android.os. AVL asked me if I wanted to uninstall the app, but I can't because it was built in to the phone. The only options are to force a end, disable, delete the cache data or delete the bodily app information. The notation AVL gives me well-nigh this app, in red letters, is Trojan/Android.Downloader.be[exp]. Could this be the virus that is causing the problem? And since I tin't uninstall the app, is my only option to reset the phone?
